Tracking your order's delivery
For orders placed under Webstore Account, sign into 'Your Orders' page to check your order's Tracking Number on the day after receiving your order's Delivery Confirmation email. Use the relevant courier's site to check your order's delivery:

|Ninja Van||Tracking number starts with 'KINO' or 'NVPST'|
|UrbanFox||Tracking number starts with 'H'|
|J&T Express||Tracking number starts with 'K'|
For orders placed under Guest, please contact us to obtain your order's Tracking Number.
Please provide a valid local mobile number in your order’s Shipping Address to receive SMS notifications on your parcel’s delivery.
Unsuccessful deliveries have to be collected from our Administration Office after parcel is returned. We will email you when your returned parcel is ready for your collection.
