E-Coupon

Using Coupons

1. Login to your account.
2. Select your items and add them to your Shopping Cart.
3. You will see the redeemable coupon(s) during check out before entering your payment details. Simply select the coupon(s) you want to redeem to claim discount.
4. Coupon(s) will be removed from your account once they expire.

Terms

• Coupon(s) can be redeemed only on singapore.kinokuniya.com.
• Each coupon is for one time use and it is not transferable for cash.
• Multiple coupons can be used in a single transaction, up to three coupons.
• No refund for partial use is applied.
• If you return an item that was purchased with a coupon, you will be refunded only the amount you paid (that is, the price of the item, less the coupon value).
