 Self-Collection

• Self-collection of online orders is available at our Singapore Main Store.

  Store Opening hours: Mon-Sun 10:00 - 21:30

  Collection at the English Books Information and Reservations Counter.

• • Orders can only be collected after processing and receipt of self-collection confirmation email
  • Updates will be sent if there are any changes to the order
  • Orders not collected within 2 weeks from receipt of self-collection confirmation email will be handled at our discretion

Delivery Fee

Local delivery fee of S$4.80 for orders below S$50 (Free delivery above $50). Orders will be sent by trackable delivery service (Ninja Van, UrbanFox, Janio) and will take up to 3-5 working days (Not including Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) after the order is processed and ready for delivery. (Ninja Point collection suspended till further notice)

We may, at our discretion, arrange for orders to be split into separate deliveries if it benefits the customer, e.g. if one of the items in the order has a later release date, or if the complete order consists of multiple items. Our aim is for customers to receive their orders faster and more efficiently. No additional delivery fee will be incurred if your order was split into separate shipments. If you wish your order to be delivered in a single shipment only, please state under REMARKS during CHECK OUT, or email us upon receiving your Order Acknowledgement email to request.

 International Delivery 

Delivery charges depend on the weight of the package and the country of destination. You will see the Shipping cost during CHECK OUT.

Please note your delivery may also be subject to customs charges, over which we have no control, and which must be borne by you.

Should parcel exceed limitations for normal postage, extra charges will be applicable for delivery by courier service. You will be informed by email when order is ready for dispatch.
